Facts for a Visa to DR Congo
Q: When and how do I obtain a visa to enter the Democratic Republic of Congo?
A: The visa MUST be obtained prior to the arrival in DR Congo from the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo located in Washington DC. For more information about the visa, please visit www.ambardcusa.org or call (202) 234-7690. Please note that Morning Star Center will assist travelers in obtaining a visa. One of the requirements to obtain a visa is to have a letter of invitation from our host that must include each traveler’s full name as it appears on the passport as well as the passport number and passport expiration date. Please make sure that you have a current passport with at least 6 month’s validity and at least 2 blank visa pages. We will notify you with more information at the appropriate time. If you are interested in traveling to DR Congo, please email Sheri Kabeya at sheri.kabeya@msc-africa.org.
