Morning Star Center's Hybrid Workplace Policy

At Morning Star Center (MSC), we embrace a hybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative spirit of in-office engagements. Our policy is designed to optimize productivity, work-life balance, and employee well-being, aligning with our commitment to empowerment and sustainable growth.

Policy Overview:

Flexibility: Employees can choose to work remotely, from the office, or a blend of both, based on their roles, project needs, and personal preferences.

Core Hours: Regardless of location, all team members are expected to be available during core business hours, 10 AM to 3 PM, to ensure cross-collaboration and accessibility.

In-Office Days: Departments may designate specific days for in-office collaboration, aiming to foster team unity and facilitate high-impact meetings.

Remote Work Environment: Employees working remotely should maintain a professional, distraction-free environment conducive to productivity and adhere to data security best practices.

Technology and Support: MSC provides the necessary tools and technology to ensure seamless communication and workflow, regardless of physical location.

Health and Safety: In-office protocols will adhere to health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Performance Management: Employee performance will continue to be assessed based on output, achievements, and adherence to MSC's values, rather than the physical location of work.

Continuous Feedback: We encourage open dialogue between employees and management to continuously evolve our hybrid work model in response to team needs and global best practices.
